Residential Aesthetics

Positives

Maintain residential property in neighborhoods.
Avoid congestion of automobiles. Adopt ordinance on junk/inoperable cars and provide for removal.

Negatives

Unkempt front yard, visible from the street. Trash, etc. left after construction.
Should there be a date of completion on projects?
