Senior and/or Affordable Housing

Positives

Do we need to plan for a full care facility within the Stugas? Consider needs of aging population.
Affordable housing for elders is good. Walking path is good.

Negatives

Marine needs more affordable housing.
Diminishing economic, cultural, social diversity within the community due to lack of affordable housing.
We hope that future housing costs will not exclude middle class folks.
